Trustonic is seeking an SVP, Customer Operations to lead our customer-facing functions and direct two VPs across Sales Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management and Technical Support. You will report to the CEO and partner with the CRO, COO, and other executives to shape global customer strategy and partnerships.
You will champion a unified customer experience, drive onboarding excellence, and develop leaders as we expand into new regions. International travel will be expected.
