The Commercial Loan Portfolio Specialist will provide support to the Commercial Lending team to ensure a high level of commercial loan portfolio quality. This includes monitoring the portfolio, reports, service participation loans, and covenants while maintaining compliance with regulations, policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing assistance with various commercial lending tasks as needed and demonstrating a strong internal and external customer service focus throughout.
Availability: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office; non-exempt.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Experience with credit/business lending, preferred.
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook/E-mail or equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, to include organizing and prioritizing work.
- Ability to work individually and as a team player, being flexible and dependable.
- Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
- A high level of professionalism while displaying strong interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

- The salary range for this position is $19.00 to $24.00 per hour.
