We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to work closely with senior leaders and client groups, providing pragmatic, commercially focused people solutions that support Trustmarque and Ultima's strategy and deliver excellent employee outcomes.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using insight, data and judgement to influence decision‑making, guide leaders through change and keep the employee experience at the heart of everything you do.
- Act as a trusted advisor, flexing between coaching and advising people managers on all people‑related matters.
- Use people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, informing decisions and measuring impact.
- Lead key people initiatives and projects, including acquisitions, restructures and integrations.
