You’ll work closely with teams across Livingstone, Trustmarque, and Ultima, taking ownership of campaign-led digital activity, website experience, and analyst-driven positioning.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact. From shaping campaign strategy to optimising performance, you’ll ensure marketing activity is aligned to business goals and sales priorities. You’ll also play a key role in translating analyst recognition—particularly Gartner Magic Quadrant positioning—into compelling, value-led messaging that strengthens our market credibility and differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and web
- Create targeted campaigns aligned to Livingstone, Trustmarque, and Ultima audiences
- Own and optimise campaign-related website content, including landing pages, solution pages, and CTAs
- Enhance customer journeys, lead capture, and conversion performance
- Lead the promotion of Gartner Magic Quadrant positioning across digital, PR, and sales enablement
- Ensure all analyst references are compliant and effectively communicated
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver cross-sell campaigns
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, and conversion rates
- Provide clear ROI and performance reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support events, workshops, and lead nurture programmes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT services, software, or managed services
- Proven ability to manage campaign-driven website content and digital experiences
- Strong understanding of analyst-led marketing, particularly Gartner frameworks
- Experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot, CMS platforms, and CRM systems
- A confident copywriter across web, thought leadership, and sales enablement content
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Why Join Livingstone?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful marketing programmes within a high-growth, specialist services environment. You’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, influence positioning, and directly contribute to commercial success and market leadership.
