At Trustmarque, we’re looking for a detail-driven Microsoft Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our Microsoft line of business. About the Role
As a Microsoft Operations Specialist, you’ll act as the operational backbone of our Microsoft services—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. From managing quotes and orders to maintaining critical data and supporting both customers and internal teams, your work will directly impact service quality and revenue assurance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Order & Quoting Management
- Manage internal quoting, including run-rate and non-contractual pricing
- Process orders accurately within agreed SLAs
- Ensure all orders meet compliance and vendor requirements
- Data & System Management
- Maintain pricing accuracy through price file imports
- Manage Microsoft customer data, agreements, and licensing information
- Maintain CRM and operational systems with up-to-date agreements and pricing
- Customer Support & Experience
- Troubleshoot internal operational queries and ensure timely resolution
- Handle invoice queries and collaborate with finance teams
- Support provisioning, cancellations, and ongoing service management
- Financial Operations
- Process credits and returns accurately
- Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure correct and timely provision of Microsoft services
