Job Title: Services Coordinator (PSS Lifecycle Specialist)

Contract Type: Temporary – 12 months
The Services Coordinator/PSS Lifecycle Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate lifecycle management of customer support contracts and renewals. This role requires a focused, analytical, and detail‑oriented individual with a strong understanding of service and support renewals, exceptional Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help maintain data integrity, support operational transitions between sales, service, and project delivery teams and forecast contract milestones and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the most effective support solutions for the EC Services support base.
- Analyse and resolve issues related to data accuracy and support contract implementation.
- Support smooth customer transitions from sales and project phases into ongoing support services.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date database for all customer support contracts.
- Ensure timely renewals of all service contracts.
- Prepare and submit contract documentation and updates to end users and stakeholders.
- Address support queries raised by Service Desk, Account Managers, Project Managers, or engineers.
Role Duties
- Onboard new support contracts and define associated support strategies.
- Maintain accurate records within the Customer Management database (CMDB).
- Customer invoicing for support contracts
- Monitor contract profitability and notify stakeholders of any risks or negative trends.
- Process vendor \”go live\” notifications and update internal systems accordingly.
- Liaise closely with Service Delivery, Sales, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Address support queries raised by Service Desk, Account Managers, Project Managers, or engineers.
- Support management with monthly reporting and data analysis where required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in support/service contract management or coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Cisco services and the Partner Management platforms
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes.
- Background in technology services or managed services environments.
