We’re looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping how our people learn, develop, and succeed. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business—identifying capability gaps, designing impactful development solutions, and supporting the delivery of key L&D initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to influence both strategy and delivery, helping to create a modern, inclusive, and high-performing learning culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand current and future skill needs
  • Conducting training needs analysis and translating insights into targeted, business-aligned development plans
  • Designing and delivering innovative, blended learning solutions (digital, workshops, coaching, peer learning)
  • Supporting and evolving key programmes such as Aspire (Management Development) and Elevate (Mentoring)
  • Partnering on leadership development initiatives to embed strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and future-focused leadership
  • Championing collaborative learning through initiatives like leader labs, peer learning circles, and cross-functional forums
  • Supporting the performance management cycle through guidance, workshops, and feedback mechanisms
  • Leveraging digital learning platforms (e.g. Udemy for Business) to curate engaging, personalised learning journeys
  • Monitoring learning engagement and using data to continuously improve impact
  • Delivering an inclusive and engaging onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a senior L&D or organisational development role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confident facilitator with excellent presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes
  • Ability to analyse learning needs and translate them into practical, high-impact solutions
  • Comfortable using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership

Your mindset:

You’re passionate about learning and inclusion, naturally curious, and always looking for better ways to do things. You enjoy collaborating with others, challenging traditional approaches, and creating meaningful learning experiences that truly make a difference.
