Head of Delivery (Corporate) The Head of Delivery (Corporate) is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Trustmarque professional services to corporate clients. This role involves managing a team of delivery managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Head of Delivery will report to the Delivery Director and will work closely with clients and sales teams to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. What you’ll be doing: Lead and mentor a team of delivery managers and professionals. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Trustmarque projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Develop and manage the delivery budget. Monitor project financials and ensure profitability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews and audits. Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plans. Here\’s what we\’re looking for: Proven experience as an IT Service Project or programme manager or similar role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Commercial and contractual understanding. Desirable skills and experience: Experience in managing large-scale IT projects, familiarity with Agile or Waterfallmethodologies, and a strong background in client relationship management.
