We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Administrator to join us on a 6‑month temporary contract, working from our offices in Basingstoke. This is a key role that ensures our surveyor team can operate at their best, providing timely and reliable service to clients. We will work 5 days a week, which will include a Saturday.

The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for scheduling appointments for our surveyor team, coordinating diaries, and communicating with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll use your organisational skills and practical problem‑solving ability to optimise surveyor schedules and help deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
