- Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to ensure legal technology solutions meet data protection and security requirements.
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of combined legal practice and legal operations experience, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record in legal operations, including process optimisation, legal technology implementation, and vendor management.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organisational change.
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology platforms such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, matter management tools, e-billing solutions, or legal analytics platforms.
- Experience managing external counsel relationships and legal spend across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop metrics, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
