You’ll partner closely with managers and employees to provide trusted HR expertise, navigate employee relations, and champion initiatives that elevate the overall employee lifecycle experience. This role is the ultimate mix of tactical execution and foundational building. You will split your time between mastering essential HR administration and actively shaping people initiatives from the ground up. You’ll handle day‑to‑day HR operations—such as supporting organizational changes, maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS systems, and ensuring policy compliance—while also designing and implementing scalable documentation, frameworks, and automated processes for our future.

What you’ll do

  • Drive Ops & Optimization: Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations—including organizational changes—to power business success.
  • Build the People Foundations: Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Be a Go‑To Contact: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve or expedite issues, and proactively foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Own the Admin Engine: Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems.
  • Support Growth & Culture: Facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well‑being.
  • Ensure Compliance: Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization.

Who you are

You bring 3‑5 years of experience in HR or People‑focused business development roles, ideally within fast‑paced, scaling organizations. You possess an extreme sense of ownership—if you see something broken or missing, you jump in and fix it. You don’t just react to issues—anticipate challenges, prioritise your workload effectively, and proactively engineer solutions. You possess the empathy and clarity needed to build trust and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization. You excel at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of high‑impact results.
