The Production Worker performs product assembly and production of custom doors. This role requires reading drawings and specifications, and using equipment such as clamps, presses, sanders, nail guns, hand and power tools, and computers. It is an entry-level position designed to develop skills and grow into more advanced roles.
The production worker sets up and operates basic woodworking and production machinery, produces quality parts according to instructions, and may operate more complex machinery occasionally. Measuring skills are essential.
