We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Bodyshop Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Assisting in running the daily operational side of our Bodyshop Department at Rue Des Pres, Jersey, ensuring that volume and profit targets are met, and maximise the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You'll be able to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be proactive in finding ways to add value. You'll have the attitude to make it happen by motivating team members to achieve their business goals and making a difference.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
