TrustFord is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Service team in Staines-upon-Thames. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee staff and facilities, motivate technicians to meet targets, and drive productivity and quality of service.
You will track vehicle progress through the Workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction. With a structured training pathway, there is real job security and opportunities to progress.
