TrustFord is the largest Ford dealership in Europe and part of the Ford Motor Company. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders.
  • Ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively.
  • Maintaining cooperation with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Employment Type

This is a Part Time, job share role, working 16 hours per week – 8 hours on Tuesday and 8 hours on Thursday.

Qualifications

  • Parts Advisor experience
  • Experience in a telesales role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle components
  • Experience in a selling/customer service environment
  • Local residency or easily commutable distance to PartsPlus Tamworth
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
