Role Overview
We require a Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret sales data to develop and implement plans to improve performance across key metrics.
- Oversee compliance.
- Drive the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team.
- Responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or target-driven environment.
- Ability to confidently lead, coach and support a sales team.
- Comfortable taking ownership of daily performance, process control and department standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience at a Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector.

Requirements
- To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

- Location: Stockport, Manchester
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Basic Salary £36,253 per year with OTE £55,823
