TrustFord is the largest Ford dealership in Europe and part of the Ford Motor Company. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing telephone and internet orders.
- Ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively.
- Maintaining cooperation with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Employment Type
This is a Part Time, job share role, working 16 hours per week – 8 hours on Tuesday and 8 hours on Thursday.
Qualifications
- Parts Advisor experience.
- Experience in a telesales role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle components.
- Experience in a selling/customer service environment.
- Local residency or easily commutable distance to PartsPlus Tamworth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
