About the Role

We love what we do, we’re proud of our brand and excited for the future. TrustFord is the largest Ford dealership in Europe and part of the Ford Motor Company. Reporting to the Mobile Service Manager, you will support a team of MSV Technicians to ensure they have the correct parts for their jobs, return any unwanted or used parts to the correct location, and process credits. You are responsible for accurately pricing parts, maintaining stock levels, and monitoring stock on vans. Kerridge knowledge is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure technicians have correct parts for their jobs.
  • Return unwanted or used parts to the correct location and process credits.
  • Accurately price parts, maintain stock levels, and monitor stock on vans.

Qualifications

  • Parts Advisor experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 12 months experience using Keyloop.
  • Live within a commutable distance to PartsPlus Bristol.
  • Experience in a selling/customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role: first 3 months during probation you will work from the office full-time; from month 4 onwards you will work hybrid, on site and from home.
