TrustFord is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to report to the Mobile Service Manager. The role involves overseeing the staff and facilities of the workshop, motivating technicians, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a high level of productivity and quality of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee workshop staff and facilities to operate efficiently.
- Motivate and manage technicians to meet performance targets.
- Track the progress of vehicles through the workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Experience managing a remote team of technicians.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and repairs.

Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role. During the first three months of probation you will work full‑time from the office. From month four onwards you will be able to work from home in a hybrid arrangement.
