We are looking for a Assistant Accountant to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the production of monthly and annual related reports and prepare forecasts and budgets.

You'll reconcile the Balance Sheet Account and assist in control and distribution of all group finance income.

Ideally you'll have previous Motor Trade accounts experience and you'll also have intermediate knowledge of Excel and be committed to really making a difference.

  • Aged Debtor reporting
  • Cash sales reporting
  • Weekly Bad debt provision reporting
  • Monthly Manufacturer reports
  • Journals
  • Review of monthly BAC's recs
  • Credit cards completion and approval
  • Vehicle stock checks process owner
  • PL invoice approval
  • GRNI checks quarterly
  • Cash flow forecasting daily
  • Credit note checks monthly
  • Fixed Asset checks

Do you have knowledge of Excel Formulae?

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
