Our Booking Centre plays an important role in supporting our dealerships and helping our customers keep their vehicles on the road. We are a small, friendly team, looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and making a real difference to the customer experience. Working with both retail and commercial customers, no two days are quite the same. From arranging service bookings and answering customer enquiries to following up with customers and introducing them to our service plans, the role offers a great mix of customer service, sales and relationship building. While we work towards targets and KPIs, we believe in achieving these through teamwork, a positive attitude and putting our customers first.
