About You
Leasing Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self‑motivated. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team. Confident communicating with customers over phone, email and online, in a busy environment. Ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months. Experience, skills and previous responsibilities relevant to a Leasing Sales Executive role. We encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want all our colleagues to bring their whole self to work and that starts with you.
Training
For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll attend a residential induction academy and a further 3 days during your first month.
