We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us, dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts and invoicing you will have experience working in a busy Parts department.
You will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.
The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to deadlines.
- Are you familiar with Microsoft Office Suite e. g. Excel, Word. Outlook?
- Do you have experience identifying and ordering vehicle parts accurately using manufacturer or parts catalogues?
- Are you confident communicating with customers, technicians and suppliers to provide a high level of customer service?
- Do you have the drive, positive attitude and determination to get the job done?

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy.
