We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, numeracy, literacy, a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and strong IT skills. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive and process telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integrated with other departments to maintain smooth operations. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of motor trade parts experience
- Experience in a selling/customer-service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Confidence advising on related or alternative parts where appropriate
- Previous identification of parts using VIN numbers or e-catalogues (e.g., Autocat)
