Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department.
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs.
  • Maximise the use of all available resources to ensure the department runs effectively.
  • Motivate team members to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Kerridge.
  • Desire to drive the standard in customer care.
  • 5 years previous experience within a Service department.
  • Team leadership experience with a proven track record.

Job Details:

  • This role will be 42.5 hours a week, between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and will include working 1 in 4 Saturdays.
