We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us.
You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met.
The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.

• Are you self-motivated, dedicated and tenacious?
- Do you have proven experience managing an Aftersales operation within a franchised/main dealer environment?
- Do you have a proven track record of delivering strong Aftersales KPIs, including customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability and manufacturer standards?
- Do you have demonstrable experience leading and developing a large team across Service, Parts and Workshop operations, with responsibility for departmental performance and profitability?

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy.
