We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You\\\’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

  • Work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent communication skills in a selling/customer service environment.
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience and drive the standard in customer care.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Main Dealer experience (desired).
  • Great organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Drive, commitment and enthusiasm; willingness to contribute to the team and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in a selling/customer service environment.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
