A Used Car Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self-motivated. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team. Has great attention to detail, a desire to succeed and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months. Induction
For your first 5 days in the business, you'll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
