We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Be responsible for the Service Department at the Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met.
- Maximise productivity and identify opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.
- Closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions to improve sales.
- Motivate and support others in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Aftersales Manager.
