  • Be the initial recipient of local marketing requests that come through either by Email or our Intranet (from Dealerships) and liaise with the Marketing team to communicate proposals within the internal team.
  • Take responsibility for the measurement and feedback of local marketing activities, keeping colleagues informed of progress, completion and post activity evaluation.
  • Support the planning, delivery and review of events as required e.g quarterly events to support plate-change activity, product launches in the planning and motor-shows.
  • Support the planning and implementation of partnerships and competitions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced and confident in liaising with internal colleagues (often senior and from other business areas) and external 3rd party Media, PR and Design agencies by email, phone or in meetings
  • Proficient in formulating a marketing brief, using existing data and marketing knowledge to form a proposal for senior marketing colleagues to approve prior to implementation.
  • IT skills - including confident handling of Excel spread-sheets and Microsoft Word
  • Experience of proof reading with meticulous attention to detail on proposed content for both on and offline execution, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • The ability to manage time effectively to minimise inefficiency, maximise productivity and ensure cost efficiencies where possible.
  • The ability to work confidently within a very busy team, some of whom will frequently be working remotely.
