Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve IT support services across Customer, Business and Infrastructure Support.
- Own the day‑to‑day operational performance of IT services and play a critical part in shaping how technology is experienced across the organisation.
- Act as a key interface between business teams, technical architects, and third‑party partners to ensure solutions are fully supported, scalable, and operationally fit for purpose.
- Shape IT strategy and implement projects that underpin the company’s growth strategy.
- Report project status through Senior Management and Customer reviews, ensuring the development and implementation of recovery plans where necessary.
- Oversee the Risk & Opportunity Management process for the project and ensure “Lessons Learned Management” is applied to all projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Have you directly managed IT service delivery teams for at least 3 years?
- Have you led service support teams and managed third‑party suppliers to meet SLAs and service targets?
- Have you successfully improved SLA compliance or service performance in a previous role?

Additional Information
- Hybrid role working on site a minimum of two days a week, and the rest of the week from home.
- For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
