We are looking for a New & Used Car Retail Manager to support the sales manager in the day to day leadership of the sales department. The successful candidate will inspire your team to deliver on our objectives through excellent customer service, driving with our ambition to drive the standard in customer care. You will be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process.
You'll lead and develop the team to manage key areas such as test drives, prospecting and excellent physical and video presentations. We have plenty to offer in return, not least of which are the exceptional opportunities for career development.
Applicants must have a full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months. Do you have a desire to achieve and exceed targets?
