Join our Apprentice Technician scheme, and you’ll get to work on great technology as you help us to drive the standard in customer care. All the time you’re earning, you’ll be learning, as you work towards a recognised industry qualification. Whether you’re studying in block placements at our Ford College, or working at your local TrustFord dealer site, you’ll get a friendly welcome.

For your first 3 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
