We are looking for an Apprentice HR Coordinator to drive the standard in customer care. To maintain the highest standards of safety, and to meet all legislative and corporate standards. You’ll demonstrate TrustFord’s Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects. The successful candidate will be working towards a recognised industry qualification.
Our Recruitment Coordinators provide an administrative service within the HR Shared Services Team including:
- CV Search daily
- Vacancies made live on eArcu with SLA (24 hours)
- Liaising with Managers to ensure vacancies are advertised as per job role requirements
- Updating external job boards
- Ensuring candidates are contacted and updated as per SLA
- Provide recruitment information as and when required

For your first 3 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
