The in-house service centre fulfils bookings and booking enquiry functions for our service centres across our dealerships. Supporting both retail and commercial customers, the contact centre is mainly telephony-based but also handles email and SMS enquiries. The department functions as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Due to market competitiveness, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calls to capture customers and reduce attrition. It also plays a vital role in fostering 'customers for life' through prospecting and selling 'service plans'. During the first 3 months (probation period), you'll work full-time from the office, then transition to hybrid working from month 4.

For your first 2 days, you'll attend our residential induction academy at a hotel in Northampton, where you'll learn about our business before starting your role.
