About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant. You will assist in the management and control of all aspects of vehicle financial affairs. You will help maximise cash flow, return capital and ensure the Finance team work efficiently within approved guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the management of vehicle financial affairs
- Support the Finance team to maintain approved cash flow and return capital
- Record, review and report vehicle financial transactions
- Provide accurate financial information to the Finance team
Qualifications
- AAT Qualified or studying later stages
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous Motor Trade accounts experience
- Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the team

Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role working on site and also from home. The first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, and you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4.
