Position: Accounts Assistant

You will assist in the management and control of all aspects of vehicle financial affairs. Your role will help maximise cash flow and return capital and ensure the Finance team works efficiently within approved guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance team in day‑to‑day accounts management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial information.
  • Assist with cash flow monitoring and capital return processes.
  • Maintain compliance with financial controls and approved guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • AAT Qualified or currently studying later stages.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail.
  • Previous accounts experience and numerate/literate.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Hybrid Working

This role is hybrid – on site and from home. The first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time; from month 4 you will move to hybrid working.

For your first two days in the business, you\’ll be attending our residential induction academy at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you\’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
