Responsibilities
The Assistant Aftersales Manager will assist the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operational duties in the Service Department. They will anticipate and identify customer needs, maximise the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner, and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.
