TrustFlight, Jersey-based, is repositioning its membership product into a scalable programme. The role delivers and maintains the membership proposition, coordinating the tier structure, annual readiness cycles, training-credit mechanics, collateral and reporting on behalf of the Head of Product.
You will work across Sales, Training, Operations, Marketing and Finance to produce materials, align pricing, and support client relationships, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and accreditations.
