Our Aviation Safety Academy is looking for Key Account Managers to drive growth and proactively contribute to the development of a global brand. Working as part of an Account Team, successful candidates will support clients to identify the best training solution for their needs from our standard portfolio, delivered via a Public schedule of face to face and virtual courses. Each KAM has a number of Key Accounts and Territory to manage and grow.

Working in a small team to drive Academy Sales, the KAM will report to the Commercial Director but be supported on a daily basis by the Senior Account Manager and Team Leader.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve individual sales target and actively support Academy team target through consistently high activity rates e.g. call numbers, duration, conversion etc.
  • Professionally handle all in-bound Academy training enquiries (web, email, phone, referrals) within agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively manage your sales territory to generate new business leads and develop existing accounts.
  • Proactively convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals and events.
  • Work with consultants and Product team to intelligently respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution.
  • Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied and payment is received in advance of course attendance.
  • Ensure all enquiries are managed through our CRM system.
