As a CT Administrator, you are required to assist with the smooth running of all day-to-day administration within the CT department. The position carries significant responsibility that requires diligence and attention to detail to ensure that all work undertaken is professionally administered. You will be expected to ensure that current administrative systems are adhered to; work to continuously improve internal processes and procedures to maintain the highest standard; focus on developing administrative competencies, and support initiatives and activities in line with the Redline business plan.
Accountabilities
- Service Delivery – Administration
- Workforce planning in line with CT delivery plan
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
- Maintain an up-to-date log of information for travel and accommodation
- Administration of all CT testing activities, including but not limited to:
- Arranging boarding cards
- Test briefings
- Police notifications
- Process purchase requisition forms
- Process CRC applications and background checks
- Associate recruitment in accordance with AvSec legislation
- CT training course administration including arranging interviews
- Airside pass applications
- Liaise with Airport pass offices
- Monitor and manage data for covert test reporting
- Maintain an accurate and reliable system of audit, maintenance and accountancy of all company commercial processes in accordance with ISO9001.

Key Skills/Attributes
- Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to organise their own professional priorities, with the flexibility to adapt as required.
- Computer literate, accomplished user of core MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A clear, calm, confident spoken and written communicator
- Keen attention to detail, able to critically review own output
- A desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a holder of a Full EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year
- Must hold a valid passport as some overseas travel may be required
- Ability to obtain a criminal record check and CTC clearance
