Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the training business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client accounts across global aviation markets.
  • Manage and develop the Academy and In‑Company sales team, including performance, coaching, and capability building.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: robust pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align training offerings with market demand and client needs.
  • Develop and implement pricing, packaging, and commercial propositions to maximize market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems to increase velocity and quality.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales within training, professional services, or aviation‑related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.

  • Experience within aviation training, safety, or regulatory environments.
