Overview: As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting net new customers across the UK and European markets. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll manage your own pipeline, from initial outreach to close, with the support of an experienced team behind you. This is an opportunity to build a career at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem while working in a company that rewards high performance, initiative, and curiosity.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach, warm leads, and inbound enquiries.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend tailored Microsoft solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, and licensing).
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay current on Microsoft products, licensing models, and emerging technologies.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to establish trust and unlock future opportunities.
