This is a flexible hour, work-from-home position for Psychic & Chat Remote Workers who will provide live psychic readings and support to clients. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting one-to-one psychic or intuitive readings by phone
- Responding promptly to inbound phone calls
- Maintaining a calm, compassionate presence during all interactions
- Interpreting spiritual, intuitive, or psychic impressions and offering guidance while avoiding medical, legal, or financial advice
- Following established protocols and adhering to ethical standards
- Managing time effectively during busy periods
- Collaborating with our support team to enhance service quality
- Participating in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to continually develop skills and client service approach
Demonstrated psychic, intuitive, spiritual, or tarot/astrology reading ability, with the confidence to provide clear, compassionate guidance in real time. Reliable attendance, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Openness to feedback, ongoing training, and skill development in both psychic practice and client communication. Previous experience in psychic readings, spiritual counselling, coaching, or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
