Role
Senior Web & CRO Manager – turn cold audiences into customers through engaging, data-led web experiences. You’ll work directly in our CMS (Builder.io) and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to launch, test and refine website experiences that drive more new customers to join our platform.
Responsibilities
- Experimentation & Conversion Optimisation: develop and run website content experiments, own the CRO roadmap and deliver measurable impact.
- Experience Design & Site Optimisation: shape web experiences, ensure performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and stay current on industry best practices.
- Capture Inbound Marketing Traffic: partner with marketing to build landing pages that match audience intent and personalise journeys.
- Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation: own the marketing website roadmap, collaborate with marketing partners, product and engineering to explore development for new capabilities.
- Data Analysis & Implementation: perform analytics, spec and implement new tracking with the Data team, use BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and write SQL as needed.
Qualifications
- Web/CRO proficiency: extensive demonstrable experience in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation, Growth Marketing or related fields, working with Product and Design to deliver measurable conversion impact.
- Technical/CMS experience: hands‑on with website builders and CMS platforms (Builder.io/Prismic), comfortable working with engineers.
- Fluent in experimentation: run rapid experiments, define testing frameworks and approaches to scale faster.
- Data literate: strong grasp of analytics concepts, self‑serve basic analysis, rely on Data team only for complex tasks.
- Excellent communicator: translate complex domain concepts to non‑expert audiences, contribute to C‑suite level analysis.
- T‑shaped marketer: specialize in your field, yet have broad exposure to other marketing areas.
- Commercially aware: understand how the business makes money and how you contribute to growth.
- Thrives in ambiguity: comfortable in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
