We’re on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for acquisition and onboarding across web and mobile, from first touch through registration and first payment.
- Drive design across multiple customer touchpoints, from new mobile app flows and lifecycle nudges (email, push) to high-converting landing pages and web-based onboarding experiences.
- Design and optimise registration and onboarding experiences to reduce friction, improve conversion, and clearly communicate value and trust.
- Balance commercial goals with user-centric principles, ensuring transparency, confidence, and long-term member satisfaction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to shape strategy from acquisition through retention.
- Co-lead and execute a robust experimentation roadmap across all acquisition and onboarding flows, driving the definition of hypotheses, success metrics, and ensuring design quality throughout.
- Evolve our experimentation practice, enabling rapid testing of pricing, propositions, and pre/post-purchase experiences.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into impactful product experiences that drive revenue and engagement.
- Plan and conduct user research to validate ideas, reduce risk, and inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system with evidence-based, customer-centric patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on acquisition, onboarding and conversion in fast-paced environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and measurable business impact.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, high-quality craft, and flawless execution.
- Demonstrated experience generating and communicating problem-statements, and hypotheses to drive solutions and optimisations.
- Proven ability to frame complex challenges into clear problem statements and actionable hypotheses.
- A strong conceptual understanding of different experimentation methods.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly around value propositions and pricing.
- Experience balancing customer needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Experience designing for different platforms and contexts including native app and responsive web experiences.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping; experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills across product, engineering, data, CRM and commercial teams.
- Experience using, contributing to and scaling design systems.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in subscription businesses, two-sided marketplaces, or products with a complex proposition.
- Background in high-growth or scale-up environments with strong experimentation cultures.
- Experience self-serving with a product analytics platform (we use Amplitude) is an advantage.
