We are looking for an analytical and curious Senior Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics arm of our Data team. Our aim is to drive sustainable, high-quality growth by helping marketing teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how we measure marketing effectiveness. You’ll help evolve our attribution and measurement framework, bringing together multiple signals into a clear point of view that supports confident decision making. You will partner closely with our Growth teams, acting as a trusted thought partner, and helping teams navigate trade-offs between scale and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with channel leads to define learning agendas, frame the right questions, and translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Design and deliver across paid media and the wider marketing mix, including campaign performance, incrementality, efficiency, and diminishing returns.
- Integrate outputs from multiple measurement approaches such as experiments, cohort analysis, attribution signals, MMM into coherent, decision-led narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on acquisition KPIs and measurement strategy, advising on trade-offs between short-term performance and long-term value creation.
- Support the day-to-day measurement needs of the New Member Revenue team, providing guidance on analysis design, interpretation, prioritisation, and next steps.
- Build and promote efficient, scalable acquisition measurement processes that reduce duplicated work and increase confidence in insights across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data partners to ensure acquisition measurement aligns with business priorities and informs planning and investment decisions.
Experience And Competencies
- Significant experience in marketing, media, or growth analytics within a digital, marketplace, subscription, or consumer technology business.
- Strong understanding of paid media performance and buying mechanics, alongside broader acquisition levers including brand, organic, and lifecycle effects.
- Hands-on experience with effectiveness and incrementality measurement approaches such as lift studies, controlled experiments, MMM, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to synthesise complex, multi-source data into clear insights that influence decisions at senior levels.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to apply sound judgement when data is incomplete, noisy, or contradictory.
- Flexible and open-minded, able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, influencing without authority and partnering closely with leadership teams.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Tools And Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience analysing large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and languages such as Python or R.
- Experience working with marketing and experimentation data from major digital platforms and internal data warehouses (we use Databricks).
- Practical understanding of advanced measurement methodologies and their limitations in real-world decision-making.
If you’re ready to join us on our mission to become the most loved pet travel solution, we’d love to hear from you!
Benefits:
- Fully remote work.
- Generous equity options.
- Discretionary 10% annual bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday annually plus.
