We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work hands‑on with data to understand our members’ behaviour, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams across the business make informed, data‑driven decisions. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders from across the business, helping them translate data into meaningful insights and actions. What you’ll bring
- Technical delivery
- Extract, model and validate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that make data easy to access and interpret across squads and the wider business.
- Translate complex data into clear visualisations and simple, actionable insights that help stakeholders understand impact and make better decisions.
- Support the implementation and measurement of new product features by ensuring there is accurate event tracking and clear performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data processes, improving efficiency and consistency.
- Partner closely with product, engineering and other teams to support the delivery of initiatives across the business.
- Work with curiosity and openness, asking thoughtful questions and using data to inform and shape priorities.
- Focus on making data and insights more accessible – building reports, dashboards, and automated tools that empower others to explore and self‑serve confidently.
- Contribute to a culture of data enablement and evidence‑based decision making by sharing best practices and supporting others in using data effectively.
- Conduct discovery and analysis across the whole member journey, to support ongoing opportunities that improve the member experience and drive business growth.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that guide decision‑making and inspire confident action.
- Support the design and interpretation of experiments, ensuring they are well structured, statistically sound, and focused on learning.

What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in SQL with experience querying large datasets.
- Experience with visualisation and BI tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain analysis clearly and adapt messages for different audiences.
- Proactive and curious mindset, able to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and identify opportunities.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high‑quality work with support and guidance.
- Understanding of core statistics and experimentation principles (A/B testing, significance testing, confidence intervals).
Nice to have
- Experience with product or customer analytics within a digital, subscription, or platform business.
- Experience with event tracking tools and customer data platforms (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar).
- Experience with dbt, Python or R for data modelling.
- Experience working in a scale‑up business, or in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
