Trusted Housesitters is seeking a proactive People Partner to join on a fixed-term basis as we scale our fully-remote UK team.
You will deepen the HRBP model with the Senior People Partner, strengthen line manager capability, and embed capability frameworks within a High Performance culture.
You’ll handle ER advisory, policy updates, and reporting, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance processes while collaborating with People Ops and ESG to drive organisational health.
