The Role

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 DOE + Profit Share

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.

Skills and Experience

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with a passion for designing technical solutions and delivering first-class 3rd-line support.
  • This is a key role providing outstanding service to our customers and delivering innovation across technical operations.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will plan, implement and document technical solutions and assist in the transitions of solutions into live service, as well as providing 3rd line support services.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent).
  • Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent knowledge of supporting enterprise network technologies including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products.
  • Committed to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications.
  • Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
